Requirements

List of Required Documents
Select the type of loan you are applying for to get the list of required documents for your type of employment. These are general requirements and we may require applicants to submit additional documents during credit evaluation.
General Requirements
The following are required for all applicants of BPI Personal Loan:
- Must be 21 years old and above to apply and not more than 60 years old upon loan maturity.
- Filipino Citizen.
- Working or residing within 30 kilometers from the nearest BPI branch.
Personal Loan Seafarer Loan

Employed / Professionals:


1. Two (2) valid government-issued photo-bearing IDs (for list of acceptable IDs, click here)
2. Proof of income documents:
- Three (3) months original pay slips; OR
- Latest BIR Form 2316 or ITR

 
Self-employed:


1. Two (2) valid government-issued photo-bearing IDs (for list of acceptable IDs, click here)
2. Proof of income documents:
- DTI/SEC business registration certificate
- Three (3) years audited financial statements (FS)
- Latest ITR Form 1700 or 1701

 
 

Overseas Filipino Workers:

1. Two (2) valid government-issued photo-bearing IDs (for list of acceptable IDs, click here)
2. Proof of income documents: 
Agency-based: 
- Latest and unexpired signed POEA contract; OR 
- Employment contract with boarding date 
For Direct Hire
- Latest 3 months Proof of remittance 
- Latest and Unexpired POEA Validated Information Sheet; OR 
- Latest POEA Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) AND latest Employment Contract
  (In lieu of OEC print-out: OEC Exemption Screenshot with OEC BM Online Profile); OR
- Consularized COE (If remitter is permanent resident in the country)
 
Allottee / Income from Remittance:

1. Two (2) valid government-issued photo-bearing IDs (for list of acceptable IDs, click here)
2. Proof of income documents: 
- Proof of remittance OR latest bank statement where remittance is credited
- Latest and Unexpired POEA Validated Information Sheet; OR
- Latest Employment Contract; OR
- Consularized COE (If remitter is permanent resident in the country)
 

I hereby authorize BPI Personal Loan to
(i) use any contact details to communicate to me for whatever purpose;
(ii) disclose any information provided to any person or entity. For this purpose, I agree to indemnify and hold BPI Personal Loan free and harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, suits or causes of action of whatever nature, now or hereafter arising from or in connection with the foregoing authorization.

The maximum annual contractual rate (ACR) is 25.60%. Flexible loan term options from 12 to 36 months. A minimal one-time processing fee of P1,500 will be deducted from the loan proceeds. Documentary Stamps Tax worth P1.50 for every P200 of loan amount will apply to loans above P250,000. To know more, clickhere.

Example: A loan amounting to P20,000 with a term of 12 months will pay P22,884, inclusive of interest. The estimated monthly amortization is P1,907 with ACR of 25.60%. Compute for your loanhere.
